Update

We have improved the performance of message tracking. Some tenants are still experiencing delays. We will notify you as soon as message tracking is back up to date. Email traffic is not affected by this and is functioning as expected.

A few customers are currently experiencing a delay in the message tracking.
We have identified the issue and are working on solving the issue.
